Our Menu for Franchise Success
Our values and operating principles we know to be true from our experience in franchising
95% of franchises (yes, that many) aren’t worth your time or money, and we’re not afraid to admit that. That’s why we have a database that shows you the numbers on all the top franchises. The data, combined with feedback from current franchise owners, and our experience from owning and investing in franchises, gives you the best chance of finding success in franchising.
We do not “sell the dream” that franchises are semi-absentee investments. If you are a 1st time franchise owner, you must be prepared to actively operate your franchise (the only exception to this may be ultra high net worth individuals). Anything less than your full commitment poses serious financial risk to you as the owner. Be careful about working with any franchise company that tells you differently.
While there may be exceptions, the large majority of successful multi-unit owners you see took anywhere from 8-20 years to get to where they are. If you want to be a multi-unit operator, aside from picking the right brand, having a long time horizon is critical to success. If you are getting into franchising thinking you’re going to get rich quick, you will be.
